MP Board Result 2018: Class 10, 12 Results Likely to be Released by May 12 at

MP Board Class 10, 12 Result 2018: The results for Class 10 and 12 examination is likely to be released by the Madhya Pradesh Board for Secondary Education (MPBSE) by May 12, as per Times Now report. The MPBSE results will be declared on the board’s official website- Students having appeared for Class 10 and Class 12 results may check the board’s official website- Students are also advised to keep their  roll number and password in hand which will be required for checking the result.

Steps to check MPBSE Class 10, 12 Result 2018:

  1. Log on to the MPBSE official website-
  2. On the home page, click on the MP Board Class 10 or Class 12 Result 2018 likewise.
  3. Enter your roll number and other relevant details and submit.
  4. Download the result and take a printout for future reference.

The MPBSE Class 10 exams began on March 5 and ended on March 31 while the Class 12 exams started from March 1 and ended on April 3.  Nearly 20,00,000 students appeared for this year’s MP Board examination. At least 7,69,000 appeared for the Class 12 exams while 11,48,000 appeared for the Class 10 exams. The results will be first announced by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Last year, the passing percentage for girls was more than that of boys in both high school and intermediate examinations.

For the first time this year, MP Board introduced a new system for disabled students in which they were given an hour extra for each of the exam held. They were also given a time gap of three days in between two papers. MP board also took preventive measures to check mass cheating and imposed a fine of Rs. 5000 along with three years of imprisonment on those found using unfair means.
